INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch asparagus
- olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Wash the asparagus thoroughly, remove the tough bottoms, and let the, dry completely.
- Spread out the asparagus in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil all over the asparagus, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast the asparagus for about 10 minutes.
