RECIPE: Roasted Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Wash the asparagus thoroughly, remove the tough bottoms, and let the, dry completely.
  3. Spread out the asparagus in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil all over the asparagus, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast the asparagus for about 10 minutes.
