INGREDIENTS
- 50g orange juice
- orange zest
- 50g butter, melted
- 100g sugar
- 50g flour
METHOD
- Preheat oven 350°F.
- Whisk the flour and the sugar together in a bowl.
- Whisk in the orange juice and the zest and mix together until well combined.
- Drizzle in the melted butter and continue mixing until smooth.
- Cool in the fridge until set.
- Spread the mixture thinly using a palette knife on mat lined baking pan.
- Bake the tuiles for about 6-8 minutes, rotating the sheet pan halfway through, until they just begin to turn light brown.
- Let them cool for about a minute on the sheet pan and then place them over a rolling pin to curve.
- Allow them to cool long enough so they maintain their shape.
