It’s almost a year since we switched to a more plant-based diet as a cholesterol-lowering experiment. The results of that experiments were what we’re trying to achieve for a long time. The cooking process was a bit of a struggle in the beginning until we found more and more delicious and easy recipes and everyone enjoyed the new meals so now plants are the main ingredient in our kitchen.
